About the Event

Enjoy a friendly competition playing 1 round each at 4 of the top courses in Pattaya – Laem Chabang and Siam  Plantation, Siam Country Club Waterside and Chee Chan.

The tournament will be conducted as a single Stableford competition. Winners to be determined by the highest aggregate of Stableford points daily.

Prizes will also be awarded daily for Nearest The Pin, Longest Drives, Straightest Drive and other fun competition.

Tournament Courses

Thailand has attracted the world’s most celebrated golf course architects and they have carved masterpieces out of the natural terrain and these courses are groomed to perfection. Watching a team of course maintenance staff stripe the fairways, prepare the greens and bunkers at the start of the day is mesmerising. The best courses in the Kingdom are without a doubt in the seaside resort towns of Hua Hin and Pattaya. Pattaya is home to over 30 courses.

Laem Chabang International Country Club

Laem Chabang Golf Club is Pattaya’s only Jack Nicklaus designed course. It is considered the best layout in Pattaya and truly one of Thailand’s finest. Laem Chabang is widely hailed by critics for the unique usage of the land’s mixed terrain of mountains, lakes and river valleys.

Siam Country Club, Plantation Course

The Siam Country Club Plantation Course is simply an amazing golf course. Home to the 2009 US LGPA and the 2015 Thailand Open, the Pattaya course plays as difficult as any golf course in Thailand. This layout is routed through rolling terrain, with distant panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand.

Siam Country Club Waterside

The Siam Country Club Waterside Course was designed by IMG and played host to the 2022 Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship, with the winner securing a slot in the US Masters. The Siam Country Club course features gently sloping terrain, making it very different from the hillier Siam Country Club Old and Plantation Courses. Spread out over 200 acres, the golfer-friendly course is of the same championship quality.

Chee Chan Golf Resort

Chee Chan Golf Resort, designed by Golfplan - Dale & Ramsey Golf Course Architects, offers golfers the chance to play on one of Asia's most beautiful modern courses. Located in the famed Khao Chee Chan Buddha's shadows and providing views of the nearby resort city of Pattaya, Jomtien, and the Gulf of Thailand, Chee Chan is as visually stunning as it is a golfing challenge.

Pattaya Men’s Stableford Competition

Format

  • The tournament will be conducted as a single Stableford competition. Winners are determined by the highest aggregate of Stableford points daily.
  • Prizes will also be awarded daily for Nearest the Pin and other fun competition.
  • Competitors must have an official handicap (endorsed by your club or authorized handicap golf association). 

Pattaya Better Ball

Format

  • Join us for a ‘fun’ 2 Person Better Ball. You can nominate your partner for the day, or if you are a solo traveler, we will pair you up with a suitable partner!
  • How it works – after completing each hole, both partners determine their stableford score and record the highest score. The point scores are totaled for each nine and then for the full round.
  • Winner and Runner Up prizes will be given out at the conclusion of the round, including Nearest the Pin and other fun prizes.

Terms & Conditions*
  1. The tournament committee has approved the use of distance measuring devices at the 2025 Pattaya Men's Open Golf Week.
  2. All events will be conducted in accordance with the rules of golf and such local rules as approved by the tournament committee.
  3. A deposit of THB 10,000 must accompany each entry. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse entry should capacity be exceeded.
  4. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
    • Refund applications received in writing before 15 June 2025 will be subject to a THB 1,500 cancellation fee. Cancellations after 15 June 2025 will be subject to a THB 1,500 cancellation fee and up to 100% of the remaining balance dependent on what Golfasian / Go Golfing can recover from suppliers.
    • Note: Refunds for cancelled air tickets and accommodation will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of each airline and property.
  5. Go Golfing / Golfasian reserves the right to re-cost packages after initial publication due to currency fluctuations or component cost increases. Any surcharges will be passed on in respect to currency fluctuations unless full payment has been received and no changes are made to your booking.
  6. Go Golfing and Golfasian may arrange media promotion and publicity before, during and after the Championship. Competitors assent to pictures of them appearing and being used for purposes determined by Go Golfing and Golfasian.
  7. The tournament committee may at its discretion amend or add any condition of the Championship.
  8. To drive a motorized cart, competitors agree to possess a current driver’s license and have previous experience driving a golf cart equal to a minimum of four rounds. In the event of an accident, the driver is responsible for the costs to repair the cart and any property damaged as well as being liable for any personal injury claims.
  9. By signing the Indemnity Disclaimer on the tournament entry form or registering online, competitors agree to participate in the Pattaya Men's Open Golf Week at their own risk. The tournament committee, Go Golfing, Golfasian, sponsors, host golf clubs and other suppliers of goods and services accept no liability for any death, injury, property loss or damage incurred during or arising out of any aspect of the conduct of the Championship.
